OPA and the auditory lobe
At the German annual conference for acoustics the chair of vibroacoustics of vehicles and machines presented several topics. One of which was “Objective Psychoacoustics” :
The paper addresses the question “What is objectivity or how to achieve it?” ensuing from the book “On the sensations of tone as a physiological basis for the theory of music” by Hermann von Helmholtz and including writings of Sigmund Freud and Carl Gustav Jung.
